Angela the Electrician

Angela the Electrician is a dog electrician. She appears in Richard Scarry's Best Busy People Video Ever. She is putting in the electric wires and switches for all the lights. Builder Lily comes up to Angela to tell he's got to put a light switch in the kitchen. Angela tells Builder Lily if that's a bright idea.
