Colin Carman is an American voice actor, who did voice work for the first two Richard Scarry videos. Although his voice role is unspecified in the videos, it's guessed that he probably did the voice of Huckle Cat.
Colin also did voice work in the Dr. Seuss Beginner Book Video series. He provided voice work in six Dr. Seuss stories.
