Synopsis[]
After Billy Dog's bike gets accidentally broken by Mr. Frumble (getting out of his car) and his mother's car, Billy saves up to buy a $50 secondhand bike, due to making a pledge for the Red Cross.

It appears to take place after the events of "The Winners," as Lynnie is riding the same bike she had won at the end of that other episode... at least the same style.
