D.W. has brown fur. She wears a pink bow on her head, with white eye sclerae and her pupils, nose, and her ears are all black. She also wears a pink dress with yellow frilly collar, cuffs and bottom. She also wears a yellow ribbon on the front dress, and a yellow button.

She is inspired by, not to be confused with, the Arthur character.
