Sally Cat is Huckle's younger sister. She is 5 years old. In her early appearances she was known as "Little Sister" (not to be confused with the Little Critter character).

Sally is a bubbly and patient kitten. She loves to learn, help others, bake, and do arts and crafts. Although she is a secondary character, her happy disposition along with other characters makes the show fun, easy to watch for young kids, and educational.

She appears in Richard Scarry books, Richard Scarry's Best Videos Ever, The Busy World of Richard Scarry, and Busytown Mysteries. She doesn't appear in Richard Scarry's Best Counting Video Ever, Richard Scarry's Best Silly Stories and Songs Video Ever and Richard Scarry's Best Sing-Along Mother Goose Video Ever.

In the Busy People and Learning Songs videos, she is voiced by an unknown girl.

In the respective TV series, she is voiced by Tara Meyer and Ellie Ellwand.
