Mail Carrier Olive is the adult version of Olive Owl. She is in charge of sorting everyone's mail. When she was assigned her first task, she accepted it. However, due to the excessive amount of letters in her mail bag, she put the last one under her hat. Her first customer was Grandma Bear. Grandma Bear asks Olive if she has a letter for her. She checks in her mail bag but it is nowhere to be seen. Before leaving, Olive tips her hat only for the letter she placed there to fall down. Grandma Bear in delight gets the letter and exclaims, "My birthday card! Now, that's what I call... special delivery!" And hugs Olive.
