Marcos Mouse is the villain of The Busy World of Richard Scarry episode "Cucumber in Rio." He is a mouse in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, who has robbed the other performers of the Brazilian holiday called Carnival of their costumes because he never was noticed due to his size.
