Mrs. Cat is a cat. She appears in Richard Scarry's Funniest Storybook Ever, Richard Scarry's Best Silly Stories and Songs Video Ever! and Richard Scarry's Best Sing-Along Mother Goose Video Ever. She appears in Mr. Fixit and Mr. Fixit Fixes It. Mr. Fixit fixed her vacuum cleaner and it ran on the ceiling, but Mrs. Cat really wanted it to vacuum the floor.
