Rocky Raccoon is a raccoon character. He is a brother of Amanda Raccoon and a stepson of Mr. and Mrs. Raccoon. He appears in Richard Scarry's Best Busy People Video Ever and Richard Scarry's Best Learning Songs Video Ever.
