Sophia (this page could be renamed "Sofia" if it turns out to be the correct spelling) is the bellhop (or, as she says, "bell porter") in The Busy World of Richard Scarry episode "Grand Hotel." She is a dog who is new to it, and so her manager, Ms. Lion, is quick to blame her for bad things, such as Mr. Cat tripping through the revolving door. Sophia takes the children on a tour for them to finish rating the hotel for him.
Sophia is presumably voiced by Cathy Gallant.
