Tara Meyer was and is a Canadian voice actress best known as the voice of Dorothy Ann (last name not known) on The Magic School Bus.
For Busytown, she voiced Sally Cat and, in one episode appearance, the girl kitten on "The First Easter Egg Ever."
It is never known when she was born, nor is it known whether or not she is still alive.
